WELL BE CHECK is a service provided by WELL BE INDUSTRY Co., Ltd. that allows users to easily find out about their own health conditions and pre-illness status by simply answering questions on the LINE system. The entire system was revamped in preparation for expanding collaboration with local governments and medical institutions, and a UI/brand design was required to foster usability and trust for a wider range of users.
Solution
We organized the design language to be accessible to a wide range of people, and designed a UI and brand image that can be understood intuitively.
The main focus of discussion during the redesign was on what information was necessary for users and how easy it was to understand and familiarize with a wide range of people. For the illustrations used as the main visuals, we aimed for a neutral impression that would be easily accepted by many people by using the golden ratio, and for the screens that convey information, we organized the order of information and designed the graphics to avoid misunderstandings.
